Please note: verification is personal, so activation can take a little time, and you'll get a WhatsApp reply when it's done. Payments are non-refundable (Terms).
Before you pay

Payment questions

Why can't I pay inside the app?

Plans are activated on your Google account rather than purchased in-app, so payment and activation are handled here on the website and over WhatsApp. It also keeps the price free of store commissions.

What do I write in the payment remarks?

Just your full name, the account-holder name on the bank or wallet you pay from. No codes or IDs needed. If your app has no remarks field, don't worry: the payment screenshot you send on WhatsApp is enough.

What happens when my plan expires?

The app simply returns to the Free plan, and nothing is deleted. Accounts beyond the Free limit stay saved but are locked until you renew or remove some.

Can I move my plan to a new phone?

Yes. The plan follows your Google account, not your phone. Sign in with the same Google account on the new device and it's there.

Do plans auto-renew?

No. There is no recurring charge of any kind. When a plan period ends, you can renew with the same steps above, and we'll usually remind you before it expires.
