- Meroshare related data: App doesn't store any Meroshare Accounts or Boid Numbers by itself until the users themselves choose to Backup their data on cloud storage.
- Optional Auto IPO Apply (Pro): If you enable this feature, you may provide Meroshare credentials and related inputs (for example username, password, transaction PIN, bank selection, CRN, and apply quantity). These are sent to our backend, validated against Meroshare where applicable, and sensitive secret like password is encrypted on our servers before storage, they are not stored in plaintext in cloud. Automated processes may use this configuration to submit IPO applications on your behalf according to your settings.
- Subscription and entitlement data: Tier, expiry, and related flags associated with your account in our backend (for example to unlock Pro features), as maintained by our systems.
- Device and technical data: Device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, performance logs, and diagnostics maybe stored by service providers like Google in order to generate analytics and crashlytics.
- Cloud sync data: Data you choose to back up or sync to our cloud-connected services.
- Push notification participation: The app sends push notification to its users. We may subscribe your installation to notification topics (for example general or IPO-related topics) so we can broadcast updates. Our current implementation emphasizes topic-based delivery rather than storing device tokens in our cloud database.
- Advertising identifiers: Limited ad-related identifiers as permitted by your device settings and law.
- Analytics events: Pseudonymous usage or diagnostic events.

2. How We Use Data
We use collected information to operate, maintain, and improve the app, including to:
- Provide core app functionality and personalize your experience.
- Support account operations such as backup, restore, and synchronization.
- Verify subscription or Pro entitlement and gate premium features (including optional automation).
- Where you opt in and qualify, operate Auto IPO Apply: validate credentials, encrypt secrets, queue or perform application actions with Meroshare on your behalf.
- Improve reliability, troubleshoot bugs, and secure user accounts (including abuse prevention such as Firebase App Check where used).
- Deliver push notifications you have agreed to receive.
- Show limited ads and measure ad engagement where applicable.
- Communicate important updates, policy changes, or support responses.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Where required by applicable law, we process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:
- Your consent (for specific optional processing).
- Performance of a contract to deliver app features.
- Legitimate interests such as security and service improvement.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
4. Ads and Analytics
To support ongoing app development, we use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Firebase Analytics where configured. These tools may process pseudonymous or device-level data under Google's policies.
- AdMob and related Google ad technology may be used for monetization.
- Firebase Analytics may process aggregated or pseudonymous events.
- We do not sell personal data.
You can limit ad personalization through your Android privacy settings and, where available, in-app or system controls.
5. Storage and Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, which may include:
- Encrypted network communication.
- Access controls and authentication checks in cloud-connected features.
- Secure coding and periodic maintenance updates.
- Monitoring for abuse, fraud, and service misuse.
No system can guarantee absolute security, but we continuously improve our protections.
6. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes:
- Active account data: retained while your account or usage remains active.
- Backups/sync data: retained until deletion request or service policy expiration.
- Technical logs: retained for limited periods for diagnostics and security.

- Google / Firebase: Authentication (including Google Sign-In where offered) and related Google infrastructure.
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Advertising.
- Meroshare (CDSC) and financial infrastructure: When you use features that connect to your Mero Share Account, data is processed by or through those systems according to their rules; we only interact as directed by your use of the app.
- App System: Certain Pro features (such as Auto IPO Apply) use our backend systems we operate; these verify your identity, apply subscription checks, and handle encryption before saving to cloud storage.
Each provider is governed by its own privacy policy and terms. We recommend reviewing Google's Privacy Policy and the policies of any related service you connect to.
10. International Data Transfers
Because our infrastructure or service providers may operate in multiple countries, your data may be processed outside your local jurisdiction, subject to appropriate safeguards required by law.
